Yes, I am.
And I'm blaming Ona-chan [you know who you are, if you're reading this] for this. I am apparently spending too much time with her.
And her Mac.
And its gaddamn keyboard. Have I told you I almost developed a keyboard fetish because of her Mac's keyboard? It's the nearest to my ideal keyboard. [Of course, I just noticed I ended every sentence of this paragraph with "keyoard".]
Ugh...
No offense, Ona-chan. My mind's just demented right now.
So, anyway.
I downloaded a new theme for my Firefox browser. It's called iPox, and it's *somewhat* similar to the Mac GUI.
Which means my screen now looks like a hybrid of Vista and Mac, but in actuality is an XP.
Wonderful.
Utter brilliance there, Riknata.
Seriously.
Ugh.
Now, I shall return to my schoolwork.
*Riknata just realized she has not chosen a song for SoTW yet.*
*Riknata then bangs her head on the nearest wall.*
Seriously people, switch to Firefox now.
It's free. It's skin-customizable. It has plenty of add-ons. It has a download dialog box that displays previous downloads until you wish to delete them from the list.
The good stuff doesn't end there.
It's Bookmark Menu allows you to organize your favie links on more ways than IE can offer. You can tag each of your favies in the same way you tag your blog posts. And there's a description box, too. Should you ever forget what the hell a certain link is about, you can just refer to its description and tags.
You can also retrieve your previously deleted tabs during a session. Let's say you accidentally closed a tab you were working on. Instead of racking your brains recalling what was the site's address, or calling the History sidebar and searching for that certain link, you can just click on the Recently Closed Tabs under the History Menu and click on the site link.
Oooh...and here's my favorite part.
Firefox has this uber-cool option called "Restore Previous Session".
This is handy when your computer suddenly decided to crash for no apparent reason at all while you're browsing the net. Once you fixed whatever jams that occured, you can open Firefox and click the "Restore Previous Session" on the dialog box that will appear. Firefox will then open all the tabs and windows [should there be several windows] open prior to the crash.
Yes, amazing isn't?
Oh, and the Open New Tab command works faster, too. I need to press that freakin' command button several times for IE to open a new tab.
So, there....
Ja!
