Yes, I even forgot that the first sem has ended ages ago, and I never told you how it ran. So, I had an idea when I was looking at my first week of school post. Here are some selected quotes:
"After that... we had funtime in Robinsons' Place, Manila. Ate Sario, our FBC, was there too! Tom's World = F.U.N"
- That really WAS fun. Was, because I couldn't even find time in this uber hectic of a second sem to go to an arcade and have F.U.N. I miss Ate Sario too... ohhh, I wish we would have some bonding time again!
"4:00pm -- College and Course Orientation. And I thought Chem never overloaded my course! (laughs) That seminar turned into an instant trauma session."
- And a trauma it really was, for Chem14 is a bit hard. If our starter Chem would be hard, how will the other Chems be? Oh, the trauma!!
"Went to my ol' high school, MaSci, afterwards. My friends were surprised and happy to meet me again!"
- I miss my friends in MaSci too. I will be going there on the 6th however, so, MaScians, prepare!!
"Normal classes for us. Comm 1 from 7am-8:30am. After all of us entered, a lady entered the room. I thought we saw another classmate then, for she looked as young. But when she said the words, "Yes, I am your Comm 1 teacher..." OMG! And I even asked her to turn on the aircon! She was fun, however, and we had a nice time with her."
- Miss Martin!! I will hunt this name down for the Second Year Hum1!! The nice times!
"Soc. Sci from 8:30am-10am. Our prof was the College Secretary of the College of Arts and Sciences. Nice prof too!"
- Oh, let's not talk about her.
"Math 17 from 1:30pm-2:30pm supposedly, now requested by our prof (who also looked as young as our Comm 1 prof, but with a more teacher-ly aura....) to be changed into 1pm-2pm. Earlier dismissal! Yay! However, I have a feeling that this'll be a haaard subject."
- Feelings it were, but it was REALLLLLY !@#$%% hard!!
"PE at the SSWC. We had an orientation. LOL-ed at the orientation of the final examinations, however. A 5 KILOMETER "FUN(???)" RUN?! That is... circumnavigate the Diliman oval 2 times in 45 minutes. Whoa!"
- But I made it 1 minute short! YEEEEEHAAAHHH! Having Social Dance right now, and we're now choreographing our finals.
And I thought I'd add some more comments on my subjects now:
PHILO 10 - Arrrgghhhh.... the concepts, oooohhh, the nosebleed concepts....
COMM 2 - TOXIC (and I mean it) but fun.
PSYCH 10 - FUN FUN FUN! Now THIS is a worthwhile subject!
CHEM 14 - Yah, hard, but not THAT hard.
CHEM 14.1 - We had fun with the various chemicals and experiments, but the lab room is reeeeeallly hot!
PE 2 SD - Detox subject!
HISTO 5 - TOXIC. Period.
That would be all for now, since I'll review that subject above. Ja ne!
What's in my DS today?: Digimon World Dusk (I LOVE MY DIGIMON PACK!)
Would like to: EAT RIGHT NOW.
Yay! We are here again! So, what are we to talk about?
For those who would hate to know that I'm still alive and haunting people's memories up to now, well, you'd rather kill yourselves... I STILL LIIIIIIIIVEEE!! You must very well know by now that the Bureau doesn't fail on their clones, and I am only one among the billions of clones that serve as justifications.
Now, I expect that those who hate me are now warded off by those words, so, let's begin!
We are on for a totally hectic week. Wanna have an idea? Here goes:
March 2 (Monday) - History Exam (toooooo maaaany terms, rats)
March 3 (Tuesday) - Biology EXAM (tooooo maaany cycles, double rats)
March 7 (Saturday) - Chemistry EXAM (tooooo maaaany formulas, triple rats)
And, in college, exams go for an hour and a half, so just hypothesize how many items would be showing up in each exam, or if it were a standard 100-item test, imagine how hard the questions will be.....
That would be all (my alter ego protests, "THAT'S ALL????!!!") for today. I would like to hear from you guys too!
Well, since classes have ended for the week... let me tell you about my whole first week at the new university.
Day 1: Monday
- No classes. Independence Day holiday
Day 2: Tuesday
- The Freshmen Orientation day. It was very grand! All the deans and the chancellor were there! They gave us the basics of studying at UP Manila.
- After that... we had funtime in Robinsons' Place, Manila. Ate Sario, our FBC, was there too! Tom's World = F.U.N!
- 4:00pm -- College and Course Orientation. And I thought Chem never overloaded my course! (laughs) That seminar turned into an instant trauma session.
- Went to my ol' high school, MaSci, afterwards. My friends were surprised and happy to meet me again!
Day 3: Wednesday
- NSTP from 8am-12nn supposedly. However, the prof was not there. Bonding time with the other block, and socialization time too! However, a minor accident occured. It was just minor..... anyway.
- Robinsons' time again! This time, I had the chance to sing at the KTV in front of my blockmates. I hope it was a hit! Judging from their applause, might be a yes (yessss!!!).
Day 4: Thursday
- Normal classes for us. Comm 1 from 7am-8:30am. After all of us entered, a lady entered the room. I thought we saw another classmate then, for she looked as young. But when she said the words, "Yes, I am your Comm 1 teacher..." OMG! And I even asked her to turn on the aircon! She was fun, however, and we had a nice time with her.
- Soc. Sci from 8:30am-10am. Our prof was the College Secretary of the College of Arts and Sciences. Nice prof too!
- Math 17 from 1:30pm-2:30pm supposedly, now requested by our prof (who also looked as young as our Comm 1 prof, but with a more teacher-ly aura....) to be changed into 1pm-2pm. Earlier dismissal! Yay! However, I have a feeling that this'll be a haaard subject.
Day 5: Friday
- PE at the SSWC. We had an orientation. LOL-ed at the orientation of the final examinations, however. A 5 KILOMETER "FUN(???)" RUN?! That is... circumnavigate the Diliman oval 2 times in 45 minutes. Whoa!
- Math 17 again. We had a nice discussion, and a pretty hard one too!
- Lunchtime has come. Tried to find space at Robinsons' but to no avail. We ended up at the CAS cafeteria.
- History 1 time. We had a very intelligent and kind prof at this subject. He really did seem to have read history books a thousand times each book, for he can recall them with ease.
- Nat Sci at last! Our last subject for the day! A very kind prof too, and considerate! We had a nice time altogether in this subject.
Well... that'l be it. I'm sorry for the shortness of the events though, I am a lot tired from this week's school. Good night!
Now, I have just finished Pokemon Philippines' family tree!
After ages!
Yehey! Now, I can show it to the fellow members.... and they'll be glad to see it!
Imagine how many IMs and confirmations it took! (laughs)
So, Ariane (one of my very best friends) made me a new trainer card!
It's so cute, I simply have to post it here:
Well, what do you think? Nice, ne? And it matches my taste too! Now, I'm making this my forever first post too!
And since it's my forever first, let me tell you a bit of how this blog runs.
This blog mainly serves as my personal journal, wherein events of my everyday life could be seen. Please respect what is written here, so we'll all be in good terms. The tagboard is one of my links here, so just browse by my links section and see the pop-up tagboard link there. You can then post your coments and tags on there. Besides these, feel free to browse every section and page!
EDIT: Oh, I'm back again! Get ready for another invasion!
That's it for now! Sayonara, minna!
Yesterday, I went into this wonderful event at the SMX Convention Center in the Mall of Asia. There were so many events that happened, all so exciting that I don't know how to tell it to you. So, I'll just babble here on what happened as I recall them.
Before I went inside, I saw a familiar face at the door. I thought I was just imagining, for I couldn't clearly conceive the idea of her being here in such convention. But when she said hi to me, it was confirmed. She was my cousin, Ate Grace. She told me why I was in the convention, and after telling her my purpose, she said that she will be managing one of the booths there (specifically, the E-Games booth) and followed up by telling us that an installer of the games will be given for free once we register there. I wasn't much of a gamer though, so my friend Nica took advantage of the offer. However, she forgot her E-Games username and password, so no installer for her! (laughs)
After that, we took pictures of the people cosplaying inside the hall. I liked the cosplayers so much, especially the pictures we took of the two Mokona girls and the Powerpuff Girls Z trio! They got the details so much, and was greatly fashioned too! So, it resulted in me taking 20+ pictures (all of them of which I would upload here) of the cosplayers. Sorry for the blur in some though, I just took them with my 2MP camera phone.
We went to the Mangaholix exhibit next, in which the pictures of different manga characters were posted. I took some pictures of that too, and will be seen in my blog's photos page too.
As you may have noticed, I didn't mention about lunch after these events, and you could guess from now that we are so tired and hungry. So, we took lunch at McDonalds. After the break, we went back again to the convention to enjoy the rest of the convention.
Then, the most surprising event happened right there and then! I saw one of the PokeRangers (admin) of my forum, Pokemon Philippines! And how I was waiting for a PKMN-ph staff to appear! We took pics (my picture with him was in his camera though, so I think I should borrow it from him after I make this post) and took one of him and Nica (my best friend and also a PKMN-ph member) which could also be seen there in the photos page.
We went out of the convention early and went to Timezone for our final enjoyment period. Glazy (one of my dearest friends) and I hitted the Dance Dance Revolution floor and the Percussion Master (Nica won this one, for she was a drummer...). After that, we finally rested a bit and set on our journey home.
Altogether, it was so nice a trip that it was one that I could actually remember from this year's summer. It made my day, and most especially, my summer!
I know, sorry for posting these again, but they tend to get really entertaining!
